Black Scranton Project, Inc. was designated as a community organization and given 501(c)(3) status by the United States Treasury Department effective June 19, 2019 and allocates donations to satisfy its mission and accomplish its programs goals. All fundraising activities are overseen and managed by the board of directors of BSP.
